Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing an order.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Order Cancellation by SIBUK

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

• Payment failure
• Stock unavailability
• Delivery restriction in your area
• Fraud suspicion

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
