Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of food and perishable products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product
• Leakage or packaging defect

2. Return Request Process

You must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images of the product
• Provide order ID

3. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food products
• Frozen items (if cold chain broken)
• Customized gift boxes
• Clearance items
